HKSTP Launches Youth InnoExplorers Programme Igniting Creative Mindset in Secondary Students toward the Future of Innovation and Technology
Photo 1: HKSTP hosted the kick-off ceremony of the Youth InnoExplorers programme, attracting 15 teachers and 80 secondary students from HKSKH schools to attend.
Photo 2: Fanny Wong, Chief Talent Officer at HKSTP, elaborated on the programme’s concept and plan and highlighted that it enables students to see cutting-edge technology and interact with industry role models beyond the classroom, broadening the students’ horizon and inspiring them to explore their potential creatively. She hopes that the programme will impress the students with its series of activities and anticipates more young people becoming part of the game as Hong Kong’s new blood of I&T talent.
Photo 3-4: Jonathan LAI Ping Wah, Deputy Director of Education Services, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui expressed gratitude and support to the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation for providing SKH students with the opportunity to experience cutting-edge technology firsthand, broadening their horizons and igniting their passion for innovation and technology. With the active support of principals and teachers from the Sheng Kung Hui schools, as well as SenseTime, the program will bring even more exciting experiential activities to the younger generation.
Photo 5-6: Students visited InnoCarnival, witnessed the innovative power of home-grown technology and engaged in face-to-face exchanges with innovators to share their observations and inspirations.

Photo 9: Teachers participated in a sharing session about careers in I&T and gained insight into the prospects and career pathways in Hong Kong’s I&T ecosystem to better assist students in future planning.
