Senior Accounting Officer (New Headcount) [HKSTP/SAO/190211]


  • Responsible for account payable, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
  • Handle payment requests and respond to enquiries from other departments on transaction status
  • Handle transactions and prepare reconciliation of transactions and current accounts with property management companies
  • Conduct account analysis and prepare month end closing and monthly account balances
  • Support system enhancement and other/new project
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management


  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
  • Semi-qualified accountant is an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in accounting
  • Proficient in computerized accounting system (preferably JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel
  • Mature, independent, with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive, independent and strong sense of ownership
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Accounting Officer
