Manager, Human Resources (focus on Talent Acquisition) [HKSTP/MHRTA/190912]

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and source potential candidates from different channels
  • Work closely with HRBPs/hiring managers to get a full understanding of their requirements, business objectives and challenges; draft the job description and arrange job posting in right channels
  • Screen and interview applicants to work out a shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Handle recruitment related duties such as coordinating with the candidates throughout the recruitment process and on-boarding arrangement
  • Assist in reviewing the recruitment policy and procedure, identify ways to streamline the process to improve the hiring efficiency
  • Assist in building employer brand for positive candidate experience and talent attraction
  • Involve in planning and executing employee engagement activities to improve staff retention  
  • Prepare periodic reports for the management to analyse recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for continuous improvement
  • Assist in any talent acquisition related projects or campaigns
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in HR Management, Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience, having solid exposure in managing end-to-end recruitment process, preferably in technology or real estate sector. Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
  • Innovative with the ability to explore new resourcing channels
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, reliable and resilient with the ability to handle multi-tasks and achieve timelines
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
