Assistant Manager (Centre Operation) [HKSTP/AMCO/200115]

Job Responsibilities:- 

  • Oversee the daily operation of Robotics Catalysing Centre (RCC) (including membership management, portal management, 3D printing service, procurement of service, progress and financial report preparation etc.)
  • Provide on-site support to members in RCC and coordinate with members in application, facility booking, prototyping service and etc
  • Assist / plan, coordinate and organize technical programs from planning to implementation stages including budgeting and promotion (e.g. workplace visits, training workshops, marketing collaterals including brochures, presentation, website, banner, poster, etc.) with minimum supervision
  • Conduct training, operation and maintenance of Centre facilities to support projects of RCC users
  • Work closely with the Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) team to offer a safe working environment
  • Assist in Centre operation document writing such as Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines and flow charts
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate 

Requirements:-  

  • University graduate or above in Mechanical / Industrial / System Engineering / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronics or related discipline / qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in centre operation, client management and program management. Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position
  • Experience in 3D printing technology or prototyping is preferred
  • Familiar with occupational hazards and standard safety practices
  • Self-motivated, organized, a good team player and manager able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Logical thinking, attention to details, great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (in particular Mandarin) required
