Among the various assets under the management of HKSTPC are Hong Kong Science Park – comprising Phases 1 and 2 (Phase 3 under construction), InnoCentre and three Industrial Estates that are located in Tai Po, Tseung Kwan O and Yuen Long.
The companies in Science Park, both local and overseas, attest to the fact that we have created an environment and conditions for innovation that are among the best in the world. While our mission is to spur innovation and development of five chosen technologies, specifically Biotechnology, Electronics, Green Technology, Information Technology & Telecommunications and Precision Engineering, we also act as an incubator for start-ups; gateway to Mainland China; and a launching pad for Chinese companies planning to go global. Recognising that innovation must be sustained over the long term, we also seek to educate the community and inspire future generations of scientists and engineers through a variety of on-site attractions and public events.
