The 75-hectare Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate is 3km southeast of Tseung Kwan O town centre which is linked to east Kowloon by Tseung Kwan O Tunnel. Opened in 2009, Lohas Park station of Tseung Kwan O line made the industrial estate easily accessible.
