- A dedicated Small Enterprise Centre comprising small business premises with built-in wet laboratory. Each wet lab is fitted out with work bench, fume hood, refrigerator and freezer, sink, gas and tap.
- A maximum incubation period of 4 years. Companies enjoy rent free occupancy for the first 800 sq ft of laboratory/office space in the first year, and reduced rental in subsequent years.
- Access to shared facilities including meeting room, office equipment and biotech laboratory for business and R&D purposes.
- Aid package in the form of reimbursement fund up to HK$851,000 for 4 years with a subsidisation rate of 50% to 75% of the actual expenses.
- Other full range services including access to university resources, technology and management training, legal consultation, business and investor matching, and promotion assistance.
