Upon its completion in the second quarter of 2008, HKSTP Phase II will comprise nine office and laboratory buildings, including two brand-new life sciences buildings that will be ready to serve companies with life-science or biotechnology focus.

The two life sciences buildings will bring forth more than 200,000 sq.ft. (18,580 sq.m.) of lettable area with upgraded power supply capacity and various research-related utilities. Each rental unit is provided with its own individual air-handling unit (AHU) plus additional space, thus giving tenants maximum flexibility to install extra air-conditioning facility to suit their own needs. The life sciences buildings will also be equipped with various equipments in a shared equipment laboratory for use by all tenants and incubatees.
