Introduction

Focusing on the following four clusters, electronics, biotechnology, precision engineering and IT and telecommunications, HKSTP has created a vibrant technology hub featuring state-of-the-art facilities in Hong Kong Science Park (HKSP), a one-stop “plug and play” environment providing time-shared laboratories and engineering and support services for R&D activities.

HKSP's leading-edge and comprehensive equipped laboratories and services include the following:

• IC Design:

EDA Centre / Data Centre / IP Servicing Centre / IC Training Centre /Multi-Project Wafer Services

• IC Development Support:

Probe & Test Development Centre / Reliability Laboratory / IC Product Analysis Laboratory

• Material Analysis Laboratory

• Wireless Communications Test Laboratory

These modern centres and labs, with shared access to the latest information, technologies, analysis tools and certification services, enable companies of all sizes from different parts of the world to come to HKSP with their ideas, designs or products, plug into any facility, and commence R&D or testing.

To expand the reach of this technology hub, HKSTP has also signed a number of collaboration agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with regional government institutions, R&D centres, trade organisations, industry leading companies and universities to create new synergies.

With this impressive array of resources, the power of HKSTP to serve your needs is greatly enhanced. Come see for yourself, come plug and play!
