Each incubatee has an opportunity to access to a package of financial aid valued over HK $ 500,000 during the incubation period. The aid is designed to help incubatees cover a part of the cost of business support and development services provided by HKSTP, and their business operational expenditure.

• Technical and Management Assistance Fund – the fund allows incubatees to obtain reimbursement of a part of the cost of technical assistance from universities in Hong Kong and the Mainland, and from other experts through the HKSTP's technical and management assistance.
• Training Assistance Fund – the fund sponsors a part of the cost for training courses organised by HKSTP or pre-approved training institutions
• Promotion and Development Assistance Fund – the fund covers the cost for HKSTP's promotion, development and legal support.
• Operation Reimbursement Fund – the fund allows incubatees to obtain reimbursement of a part of their operational expenditure except salaries and entertainment expenses.
• Technology Support Reimbursement Fund (for Technology-based incubatees only) – the fund sponsors a part of the cost for using facilities and services provided by the HKSTP, such as IC Design and Development Support Centre, Material Analysis Laboratory, Photonic Development Laboratory, Biotechnology Laboratory etc.
