• Must be a graduating incubatee company from technology or design incubation programme.
• Being in one of the Hong Kong’s focused R & D industries, or one of the design disciplines.
• Must have at least 2 full time staff.
• Engage at least 60% of their personnel / space in design or R & D activities
• Requires no more than 2,000 sq. ft. gross of office space at Science Park or 1,600 sq. ft. gross at InnoCentre; offices in Science Park are only applicable for technology companies while that in InnoCentre are only applicable for design companies.
• During the incubation period, the company should have conformed to terms and conditions as stipulated in the incubation license agreement, including but not limited to a satisfactory record of paying license.
• In the case of a spin-off from a local or overseas company, the total number of staff in Hong Kong, including the parent company and all subsidiaries / associated companies that the parent owns 30% or more, should be no more than 50 people.
