Tseung Kwan O, Kowloon

The 75-hectare Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate is 3 kilometres south east of the new town of Tseung Kwan O which is linked to Kowloon by a trunk road through a tunnel. Lohas Park Station of the MTR Tseung Kwan O Line is opened in July 2009.  Berthing facilities can be erected on waterfront sites to provide marine access which give the estate an advantage over the other two estates.
