HKSTP is contributing to the broadening of the industrial base and upgrading technology levels through the Tai Po Industrial Estate and the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, each occupying 75 hectares of developed land, while the Yuen Long Industrial Estate provides 66.5 hectares of developed land.

Facilitating the overall development of Hong Kong's economy, the three estates offer fully serviced land for lease at competitive rates to companies engaged in skill-intensive manufacturing and service industries.
