Hong Kong Science Park is divided into three phases. The fully-equipped Phase 1 was inaugurated in 2004 and is now fully operational. The construction of Phase 2 is scheduled for completion in 2008 with the first two buildings to be ready in early 2007. On completion, the Park provides a total gross floor area of 330,000 square metres.

Phase I – A solid foundation
Phase 1 consists of ten buildings, including: -
